Returns Policy

We hope you will be happy with your purchase from us. If not, you have a right to cancel your order at any time prior to your order being processed or within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the purchased product. In doing so, you are entitled to return the product in exchange for a full refund subject to the terms and conditions set out below.

Prior to the order being processed, you are entitled to cancel your order by doing any of the following:

• Sending a chat during our office hours, which are from Monday to Friday from 8.00am to 5pm. After office hours you can leave a message and we will reply in due course.
• Phoning +356 99468336 during our office hours, which are from Monday to Friday from 8.00am to 5pm;

If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel your order and refund payment in full.

After the order has been processed, you are entitled to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days of receiving your product, in exchange for a full refund, even in the case that the product is not defective. You also have the right to exchange your items, within fourteen (14) days of receipt, for products of an equivalent value on our website.

Delivering these to Flat 32, Kappara Court, Triq il- Buqrajq Kappara SGN 4053. Postage or shipping costs must be paid by the sender and will not be refunded.
Please be aware that we will only be able to provide you with a refund in the case that:

The item is returned in all of its original packaging together with the original invoice;We will not be able to refund or exchange any items which have been unsealed, opened, or used in any way which diminishes their original value;
You provide us with notice in writing at returns@mybeautyhacks.com that you are cancelling your purchase within fourteen (14) days of receiving the product, which noticed in writing should include:Whether you would like a refund or an exchange;
If you would like an exchange, which products from our website you would like in exchange;
You observe your duty of care to ensure that items are not damaged whilst in your possession, and return the item in the same condition it was in prior to delivery;We will not be held liable for any diminished value of the goods and reserve the right to withhold all or part of your refund if items are returned in a damaged condition.
When an item is returned in terms of the conditions set out above, a refund will be provided within fourteen (14) days of the order being received at our Address.

Please be aware that when returning items, you are responsible for any damage or loss which may occur during delivery. All delivery charges will be borne by the sender.

Should you find that your product is damaged, defective, or not delivered, we can arrange for the item to be replaced or exchanged at no cost to you.
